SMALL BEGINNINGS. BIG OUTDOORS.
A first look at CampSouth.
CampSouth — Find a place. Make a memory. Discover Southern Africa, starting with South Africa. Our early-access website welcomes campers and campsite partners.
What you can try today
Search campsites by name or place, combine camping filters, compare pitches and explore stay estimates. Unconfigured installations show labelled fictional data. With Supabase connected, campers can register and owners can manage their listings. Search URLs keep your dates, guests and filters so you can bookmark or share them.
What’s still around the bend
Seed and fallback campsites are fictional and marked Demo. Their photos are illustrative and do not represent the named regions. Owner-published listings are separate. On configured POC installations, select dates to check availability and reserve approved pitches. All checkout is explicitly TEST PAYMENT: no money is collected. Real campsite access is limited to invited testers. In-app demonstration results are available; they are not paid or confirmed accommodation reservations. Booking emails are not sent. Company registration and payment-provider approval are pending.
Photography
Outdoor photographs are sourced from Unsplash and stored locally for this preview. Source links and asset details are recorded in the project’s photography documentation.
A note on your details
When configured, Supabase handles account credentials and owner photographs. Search terms, dates and guest counts appear in the URL; avoid entering personal or sensitive information in search. Accounts and uploads are disabled when running with mock data.
